I guess I'll just have to wait and see how it all turns out when we start playing.
Alcuard ROCKS!!! I love that game so much, I wish they would make him the star of another Castlevania game.
Vampire is male and CE or CN cant remember which
Half Celestial is Female, and of a good align.
I dont remember any of the stats tho, I dont have there character sheets here.
Like the subject says, Can a Human Vampire 1/1 fighter/Sorcerer and a Half human half Celestial lvl 2 Cleric coexist in the same party?
I'm about to start a game with 2 players, and that is what they are. I'm just wondering if it'll be possible for them to actually accomplish anything other...
Well I think we finely got it all worked out. It turns out his main problem was with mages and cleric's spells. The fact that they didn't get enough spells at later levels to make it worth while (to him) So I said fine, then use your total level to decide spells. So a 2/2 fighter/wizard would...
No he doesnt want to lvl up 2 at a time, he wants to lvl slower than single class player, but be able to reach 20 in both classes.
I'll try to show him your post. Thanks.
Remember neither I nor he has the Epic Level book so we are not sure what is in it, or how it works.
He's just a powermonger when playing, that is why he's so upset about the multiclass being less powerfull than it used to be.
I'm still not sure what I'm going to do. I got another day so I'll...
Yup, I've done and suggested all that. But like I said he's stubborn. He argues that with such a small group they 'need' to dual or multi class just to have all there basses covered.
I think I'm gona change the rules to allow a dual or multiclass character to advance like in earlier D&D...
Yeah thats his major argument. a 10/10 fighter/sorcerer would get killed by the same things a level 20 fighter or a level 20 sorcerer would waste.
He wants to have the same split that earlier D&D editions had.
