I have been using DokuWiki with great efficiency and pleasure, easy setup (no database), nice layout out from the box, easy syntax. This wiki works well, is fast and easy to use. The fact that it stores data in plain text files makes backup a pleasure. http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:dokuwiki
