I like the BoVD. I think it has loads of crunchy bits that spices up a game. I agree with the vote of DDG. I have no use for these gods. I mean if you don't run a Greayhawk or earthbased campaign, you pay 25$ for 20-25 pages...

I voted Frontier/Discovery, but I also love the Post-apocalyptic. Which is probably why Earthdawn is my favorite game of all times!!

It might just be me, but the BBEG seems a bit overpowered compared to your group. I mean he is EL 12, 6 CR over your group. You should be dead!! Your party has less than 5% chance of surviving such an encounter. Your equipment is decent, and fits nicely with your level and composition IMO. But...
