So there isn’t any good reason to do so for bladelock, its on par with the normal attcks

I read here that blade warlock uses the scythe to replace one attack but the book specifically forbids that. Is it a new errata? Or am I missing something?

but do I need DPR? ranger, paladin and assassin all make great DPR. maybe i need to combine DPR and control. like walls and swords, bigby and cantrips?

So my party achieved level 11... we started as a druid, a bladesinger and an assassin. at first my role as a melee was essential with no one at the front line. in time, the party grew with a war cleric, a paladin, barbarian and ranger. which depleted my role as a tank. which I'm fine with... but...

and how to become an avangion / dragon king... in 2e it was 20 levels of wizard and psionic, MC rules here are different...

playing now 3 scout / 6 fighter. cbow master sharpshooter, 3 attacks per round with my hand crossbow with sharpshoot, and never get cauught in melee
