    MM IV Q and A

Yes, for instance, the drow dark sniper (scout6) gives all the important information about skirmish and other class abilities. There is one exception I think and that's the half-fiend gnoll warlock's eldritch blast which they don't really explain (what's the equivalent caster level, etc.).

    MM IV Q and A

No it isn't. I've checked out a couple of creatures and their attacks do not include any modifiers for Power Attack.

    MM IV Q and A

I believe this falls under fair use so I'll give you the little bit of descriptive text at the beginning of the entry : ''This hulking creature waddles toward you on stubby legs. Its enormous arms end in vicious claws. Its armored face has no eyes, and ropelike tentacles constantly shoot out...

    MM IV Q and A

Depends on what you call tweaks. If you don't have Fiendish Codex I, then you'll notice advancement and favored class entries have been added at the end of the ''Other Information'' section of the statblock. Otherwise these are your standard reworked statblocks that we've had since a year or so.

    MM IV Q and A

They're called Verdant Princes (CR 11). The binding oath power they possess is quite powerful (I don't see a saving throw DC anywhere so I guess the penalties are automatic) ; the Verdant Prince and another willing creature make a contract, if, at any time, the contract is not upheld by any of...

    MM IV Q and A

They are not Demons though they are native to the Abyss (their alignment is Neutral Evil). And no they are not poisonous. Actually, demonhive creatures are quite weak (CR 2 for the attendants and swarm, while the queen is CR 6), still in large groups they could be a real handful (attendants...

    MM IV Q and A

I'm not Gidien, but I can tell you that all the clockwork creatures in the MMIV have their construction information written up. The Clockwork steed also has a nifty little section called ''upgrades'', stuff you can add to your mount to personalize it. Each add-on as a price in gp and xp.

Explorer's Handbook - Anyone got it?

They don't actually say something like : ''Xen'drik is like this'' or ''Sarlona is like that''. The book is more about giving DMs tools and samples to create wondrous regions for their own campaign. You don't get an overview of the three other continents beside Khorvaire, but you get an exemple...

Explorer's Handbook - Anyone got it?

Each vehicule entry contains a section on the operation of the vehicule and another on the suppression of the vehicule. Other, more mundane, modes of transport are also included, but they lack that level of detail.

Explorer's Handbook - Anyone got it?

The Cataclysm Mage : a spell-caster who discovers the reason behind some of the greatest catastrophes in Eberron's history and learns to harness these into magical assaults. He's also very much into prophecies and omens. The Thunder Guide : a ''non-extreme'' explorer who learns to communicate...

Explorer's Handbook - Anyone got it?

You get plans for several vehicules : the standard airship (a view from above and a sideways view), typical lightning rail coaches, a stormship (small maneuvrable waterborne vessel), a wind galleon (some sort of hovercraft-like ship). Other tools of the trade include forged papers, etc. The...

Explorer's Handbook - Anyone got it?

It contains a vast amount of info on modes of transport all across the surface (and the watery depths) of Eberron. Be warned though that it is mainly a DMs book. It contains no feats, only three prestige classes (which are more suited to NPCs than PCs), one new infusion. As far as ''crunch''...

    Tinkering with Eberron...

I wouldn't change much if I were you. A couple of flavor changes to suit your style or your desired campaign angle. I'll address each point seperately : 1 - Religion in Eberron is different than in FR or most setting for that matter. Deities are remote, mysterious beings and nobody knows for...

[Eberron] My campaign concept, looking for thoughts and input

Your ideas are really good, but they fail to take into consideration the fact that, perhaps, the PCs will not follow the shifter back to the Mournlands or that they might catch up to her before she reaches her goal (they could secure dragonhawk mounts or magebred steeds). If you are confident...
