Explorer's Handbook - Anyone got it?

It contains a vast amount of info on modes of transport all across the surface (and the watery depths) of Eberron.

Be warned though that it is mainly a DMs book. It contains no feats, only three prestige classes (which are more suited to NPCs than PCs), one new infusion. As far as ''crunch'', that's it. There are some new magic items also.

The book concentrates mostly on travel ; the reason behind it, how to get to somewhere, where to go explore, etc.

Chapters 3 through 5 are named : points of origin (which details places where an adventure may start : a House Orien Lightning Rail Station, a Lyrandar docking tower, etc.), Midpoints (in which you can see different areas that are the gateway to important adventure sites : Shae Mordai the city of the elven dead, a Seren village, etc.) and Destinations (important, exotic and challeging adventure locations : a frostfell shipwreck, the lost city of Giants, a Quori Monolith, etc.).

You get plans for several vehicules : the standard airship (a view from above and a sideways view), typical lightning rail coaches, a stormship (small maneuvrable waterborne vessel), a wind galleon (some sort of hovercraft-like ship).

Other tools of the trade include forged papers, etc.

The coolest parts (text wise) are the Wayfinders guide to surviving X (including slavery and ritual sacrifice).

What are those PrCs?

The Cataclysm Mage : a spell-caster who discovers the reason behind some of the greatest catastrophes in Eberron's history and learns to harness these into magical assaults. He's also very much into prophecies and omens.

The Thunder Guide : a ''non-extreme'' explorer who learns to communicate with foreign folks and understand their cultures. He also gains great reknown as an explorer and adventurer.

The Windwright captain : an Airship captain. The first class to gain effective infuser levels if he has artificer levels.

And is there anymore info on how the elemental powered airships and galleons actually work?

Each vehicule entry contains a section on the operation of the vehicule and another on the suppression of the vehicule. Other, more mundane, modes of transport are also included, but they lack that level of detail.

What do they detail on places outside of Khovaire?

They don't actually say something like : ''Xen'drik is like this'' or ''Sarlona is like that''. The book is more about giving DMs tools and samples to create wondrous regions for their own campaign. You don't get an overview of the three other continents beside Khorvaire, but you get an exemple of an adventure site on each of the other continents (and on Khorvaire also : Ashtakala, the city of fiends and a few others). You can use those sites as building blocks in creating your campaign or as simple one-shot destination where the PCs confront deadly foes, gather treasure and tell tales about later.
