It contains a vast amount of info on modes of transport all across the surface (and the watery depths) of Eberron.
Be warned though that it is mainly a DMs book. It contains no feats, only three prestige classes (which are more suited to NPCs than PCs), one new infusion. As far as ''crunch'', that's it. There are some new magic items also.
The book concentrates mostly on travel ; the reason behind it, how to get to somewhere, where to go explore, etc.
Chapters 3 through 5 are named : points of origin (which details places where an adventure may start : a House Orien Lightning Rail Station, a Lyrandar docking tower, etc.), Midpoints (in which you can see different areas that are the gateway to important adventure sites : Shae Mordai the city of the elven dead, a Seren village, etc.) and Destinations (important, exotic and challeging adventure locations : a frostfell shipwreck, the lost city of Giants, a Quori Monolith, etc.).
