Well maybe keep investigating this hall, since you likely have it to yourself now. With that athletics roll, I suspect I may be investigating the pit now.
Jumping it and looking around the corner. Rolling Athletics if you want it for the jump, and Perception in case you want a new one for the rest of the hallway/around the corner.
Didn't see this. Thanks fully you don't need an athletics check to jump 5'...with proficiency in athletics and Str 11, Surana can jump 6 and 1/2 feet for free as a standing long jump or 13' with a running start.
Surana easily makes the jump and proceeds to the end of the hallway and sees where it appears they all come back together. (see updated image above)

Believe me...as a DM, a PC attempting to jump a trap and falling into it is one of the most entertaining things there is. But no check is required for a 5' jump.
Ezraen is going to check the neighboring corridor to see if that one is 'trapped' as well, again using his scabbard to check the floor for pressure plates or another hollow tile.
"Don't worry, I'll be fine," Erevan mutters. He does stop, however, a few feet in.
Grabbing a tiny shiny thing from somewhere, the elf decides to examine the peculiar object he 'found' earlier, away from any prying eyes.
It was not a gem, although it seemed like it at the time. Moving it from one hand to another, he feels that there is something inside the small orb. Holding it close to his eyes, Erevan studies the object intensely, even shaking it a bit near his ear.
OOC:
Examining the shiny he stole from the kuo toa shrine.
