Davaros' horse should also be on the map. I'm assuming that all damage is directed at him, not at the horse that's a total of 48 damage, his current HP is 4/52
Concentration checks to maintain hunter's mark:
Roll 1 - DC 13 (26 damage) [roll0]
Roll 2 - DC 10 (14 damage) [roll1]
Roll 3 - DC 10 (8 damage) [roll2]
Davarod recoils from the pain, but honor prevents him from widthdrawing.
"If I must fall, I will take you down with me!" Davaros says, as he strikes the creature. His horse heeds the call, and also attacks it.
OOC:
Bonus action: vow of ennemity on creature - all attacks from Davaros are at advantage
rest of actions will be in next post to see if concentration is lost or not
The horses attack misses, but Davaros is able to deal 26 damage with his attack before the smite. Bell and Gul have actions. Ghald, the sahagin, looks "bloodied" more or less.
Please add [roll0] to the damage from divine smite. Please note that the initial damage is 26, not 29, since he lost concentration on Hunter's mark (sorry, it was a coy/paste mistake).
"Hang in there, Davaros!" Gul tried to support his wounded ally as he ran forward towards the front line, stopping just out of reach of the first guard. An enormous burst of flames flashed out from his finger tips, burning and smoking with a stench of brimstone.
OOC:
Note: Gul will cast Shield with a warlock slot as a reaction if he is hit by an attack (+5 to AC)
Move: AD20
Action: Cast Burning Hands, which I hope will catch the Sahuagin and guard while avoiding Davaros - I hope his horse is well trained! Possibly, it might catch the guard by the bush, I always have trouble mentally figuring out the Burning Hands cone area in squares. Your call, Creamsteak? Dex save DC 15 (Wizard slot)

Concentrating:
Bell shifts her position to have a clear shot, and then fires her crossbow again at the massive four-armed creature she now sees is a sahuagen. Your shark god won't help you now, she thinks, and fires again.
Meanwhile, Whistler pounds at the creature with his fists. Whistler holds no animosity towards his opponent, and seeks only to knock the sahuagen out.
OOC:
Bell: Move 10' to U17.
Crossbow: [roll0]. If a hit damage = [roll1] piercing (if humanoid/giant), plus [roll2] from Hunter's mark.
Whistler: no move.
Fist: [roll3]. If a hit damage = [roll4] bludgeoning.
Coordinated attack: [roll5]. If a hit damage = [roll6] bludgeoning.
Both of these attacks intended to knock the creature out (per PHB 198).
Bell hits. Between her and Whistler they drop the monstrous creature.
The enemy fighters continue to engage. One attacks three times against the Paladin but misses. The other fires his heavy crossbow at Bell. The bolt hits dealing 8 points of damage.
The priest calls out "No! Not yet master!"
He moves up and casts cure wounds on the dying Sahaguin.
The monster stands back up and attacks Davaros yet again. The monsters bite deals 6 points of damage, dropping the Paladin in turn.
It then focuses its weapon attacks against Whistler. One attack hits and deals 10 points of damage.
