D&D 5E [IC] Creamsteak's Storm King's Thunder: Waterdeep

OOC: Sorry to have flaked on this.
1. Yes, if Bell can be on the roof (either already or by the end of this move), that would be great. She doesn't mind being seen as a target, but it lets her have a better view of the battle (including line-of-sight with Whist), that she realistically wouldn't have at this point.
2. Whistler, meantime will head straight for the nearest marionette. If he's in range for a punch, he'll throw a punch; if not, he'll throw a rock.

Bellalalalalinda makes it to the barn and scurries up Whistler's back and then not the drainpipe, and then deftly over onto the roof. The stable roof has a gentle slope, but she appreciates having the height and the perspective. "They've got no strings!" she calls out to her companions, hoping that will help.

As Whistler charges towards one of the figures, Bellalalalinda fires an arrow at one of the archers still on the roof.

OOC: Bell:
Move to roof.
Action: attack with short bow (sharpshooter). To hit: [roll0], with [roll1]damage (assuming humanoid; if not, -4).

Whistler: charge nearest enemy.
(a) If within 25', attack with rock or fist (as needed): [roll2], damage = [roll3] bludgeoning.
(a2) (if within melee range, he gets another attack, because he can see Bell on the roof: [roll4], damage = [roll5] bludgeoning.)
(b) If not within 25', then Dash to get closer, and if within melee range now, attack as in a2 above).

Bell hits. Whistler's rock does seem to miss.

The red med marionette pulls up his hands in various ways and the three archers target belle. They fire six scattering bolts in her general direction each, but they all miss.

The three around the cleric immediately take damage. The one Davaros hit seems to cease functioning. They follow up by attacking her. Neither hit.

Attacks are made against Hanz, Franz, and one takes an opportunity attack and dies.

From the door out comes a screaming Roco. When he sees trolls and more in the courtyard he screams and starts running south. Behind him fly out four more marionettes.

The trolls score one hit against a flimsy marionette dealing 20 points of damage.

"Bell, the red one seems special!"
Since the tactic seemed to work, Gul once again blasted the red marionette, still racking his brains about the nature of the magic necessary to produce these creatures. Some form of the animate objects enchantment, or maybe a variation on golems, perhaps?

The possibilities intrigued him, until an arrow whizzing by shook him from his thoughts and reminded him to move back behind the cover of the tree..

OOC:
Note: Gul will cast Shield with a warlock slot as a reaction if he is hit by an attack (+5 to AC)
