D&D 5E Can anyone tell me how to use the goblin warwagon?

I just unboxed a ton of mini boxes and in them I got the goblin war wagon from rime of the frost maiden. Im flipping through the book and was wondering when this would appear in the campaign, I just wana know how its used.

Mostly because its just a weird looking wagon.

of thats cool... kinda wish they added more details about the wagon, because the way its designed it cant even be used for cargo.

It's the most important mini because the best campaigns start with an out of control wagon crashing and 1D6 goblins falling out.

So having NEVER seen the mini NOR the campaign, the term 'warwagon' is a construct from early modern history where any wheeled convayance is up armored in some fashion for the purpose of providing cover during battle.

Essentially, it's the predecessor to the tank, but more closely associated with the WWI version (semi mobile bunker) than the modern post WWI versions. (Heavily armed and armored assault vehicle.)

I say if no rules are given, make it a bunker with wheels and give those 6 goblins a helluva an AC bonus/defensive modifier .
