I think this AI just likes Elves almost as much as 90's TSR.

Frustrating, as soon as you mention "waist" it puts the waist line on where the hips should be, but will not listen to the clear instruction "cinch it just below the bust" and have the skirt coming straight off it.

I did have some success with this very minimal prompt...

MINIMALIST PROMPT: Illustration of a gown, thinly cinched loosely just under the bust with a long skirt flowing down. Short sleeves.

You can play around with this and see if you can keep it consistent as you make the prompt more complex, whatever you do, do NOT contaminate the prompt with the words empire, waist, or regency...

Yes, she has silver hair and purple eyes.

Since she's an aberrant mind sorcerer, she's got a lot of psychic-style powers. It's kind of hard to convey that in an image. I first tried a prompt that involved her performing a Jedi mind trick on a goblin, and it gave her a lightsaber and made it look like she was Force choking Yoda! (And it gave her a pointy elf ear again.) Yeesh.
