On a roll... Same friend who wants one of the owlbears also wanted a large skele, so printed the regular mini and a double sized version. I used the dirty down rust on the helmet and spear. Printing these in resin would give smoother mini's but the hassle of resin is meh.

Ironically the game I'm in , we fought a hydra this past Saturday. My DM had no idea I was painting this, and I had no idea we'd fight a hydra. Opportunity missed!

In the 1990s, I bought a Warhammer Fantasy starter set that came with a bunch of spear wielding goblins. The spears pointed straight up, and I lost count of the number of times they stabbed me when I was picking up things on the table. I mean to the point where they'd stick in my flesh and were lifted off the table as I recoiled in pain.
