    quick exotic weapon / weapon finesse question

    Quickblade Rapier (Complete Adventurer) has Rapier stats and grants +2 on Feint and Disarm. Spiked Chain or Drow Scorpion Chain (less damage, better crit) is always an awesome choice. Elven blades have no special quality but a high Crit potential, take with Keen enhancements and Telling Blow.

    As long as the spell has no somatic components I'd say why not, but it would definitely count as a distracting condition and call for a Concentration check with a DC fixed by the DM. If the spell has somatic components, I'd say automatic spell failure.
