quick exotic weapon / weapon finesse question

what is the best exotic weapon that can be used with weapon finesse? any books are allowed.

if it matters, it will be for a swashbuckler / rogue daring outlaw character.

im looking for a weapon that is both good and interesting, to set my character apart from the normal character.

Quickblade Rapier (Complete Adventurer) has Rapier stats and grants +2 on Feint and Disarm.

Spiked Chain or Drow Scorpion Chain (less damage, better crit) is always an awesome choice.

Elven blades have no special quality but a high Crit potential, take with Keen enhancements and Telling Blow.

for ranged a blowdart gun is always fun. you can poison the darts and make feint checks to not even let your opponent see you shooting them.
as for melee, damage wise you best bet is elven lightblade and courtblade. look in complete warrior. now if you really want to feel ballsy, get a sizing weapon. then you can have a dagger turn into a greatsword and sneak attack with that.

all of my posts recently have been about my new character which is a spiked chain rogue. this past saturday i actually had a chance to play the character and he was AWESOME. let's face it, flanking is the most useful use of sneak attack and with a spiked chain it really easy to do from all sorts of weird positions. plus take a few feats like combat reflexes and improved trip and vexing flanker . . . you've got a pretty neat build

Yeah, Elven Blades are cool, along with the Quickblade Rapier. However, your character seems more like the blade-ish archetypal Duelist type, so I'd have to recommend against the spiked chain. Seems a little too tough-guy-ish, not enough witty puns to go with it. You could just use a light weapon, you know. Try the Gnome Quickrazor for that shankadelic "gonna cut you, fool" feel, along with a cool Sleight of Hand and Feint bonus. In addition, the Broadblade Short Sword is good for Combat Expertise builds. And, you know, in terms of two-handed weapons, I'd have to rave about the greatness of the Elven Courtblade. If you want an absolutely ridiculous weapon, try the Lynxpaw (combo rapier/flail) from Races Of The Wild. It's double, though, so heads up.

Spinning Sword, from Secrets of Sarlona. Looks like a metal whip, stats similar to a shortsword with reach like a spiked chain. It's a one-handed (not light) but finessable weapon. It definitely looks cooler than a spiked chain.
