I like Talents for psions and techniques for Ki. The others I dont really care so much, actually I dont care much about Ki either but Psionics better be sweet
Okay, I want to take the Divine Oracle paragon path but I want to be a cha based paladin, so I would rather not stay a straight paladin or mc warlord since that defeats the purpose altogether. I am going to talk to my DM about it I justed to get a few opinions from you guys.
So I automatically get religion as a trained skill as a paladin and I want to multiclass cleric so do I just get the shaft on a skill or do I get to pick a different one from the class list?
I think the CHA based paladin needs some feat lovin' sinc emost o fthe feats I would want to take have high DEX and STR requirements. I also think the STE paladin needs 2 lvl 9 abilities and that paladins in general could use better utility powers.
I think more wizard spells is something a lot...
dwarf warlock, infernal pact.
This gives you CON for your primary stat and the wis is okay as well, plus now you can have your rod in your off hand and a nice dwarven weapon in your main hand.
Bugbear rogue
This gives you STR and DEX I believe and allows you to wield larger weapons, 1d8...
LAy on hands is a paladin ability that allows you to use a surge to heal someone else. A feat called healing hands allows you to add your CHA modifier to the healing and the Hospitaller paragon path also allows you to add your CHA modifier to the healing, do these stack?
As do I, I mean I could hope for a more Sima Yi approach but I'll settle for Zhuge Liang.
But I think I might rework my current warlord to fit this theme a little better and go for that paragon path
A new dragon artilce is up:

It has a cool story, a new feat, a new paragon path for warlords, and some cool magic items. This has been my favorite release so far.
I am running my wizard with 20 INT, 8 STR, 13 CON and 13 WIS and I think he is great. I mainly shoot stuff from afar and the +5 to hit and AC has been really useful so far
I would prefer if pisonics drew from the mind of the psion and not from the far realms, so here's hoping thats the how it works out.
But I like Kosh's idea about just banning a power source to help with flaor for a game.
I know this is a specific case but for a wizard it seems you should always have a 20 if possible, 18 if not in your INT as it is the only thing adding to your hit and dmg at first and contributes to your AC and REF, and helps you with your rituals. CON and WIS are the only other stats that are...
I am playing human tactical warlord right now.
I have 18 STR and 14 INT and I mainly play like a fighter would, sans marking, and I use my Inspiring word if either me or the paladin needs it.
I mainly attack with my bastard sword, on the downside my at will powers are that great comparatively...
I think the skill bonus is a good idea for the pact boon and is in line with 4e's simple approach to things whereas picking a feat is fairly complicated.
I like the attribute system and I disagree about it taking too much time, if you just make the PCs either roll or pick an array it really doesnt slow down character creation. Plus your attributes contribute to your roleplaying a lot.
I like this idea and would like to try implementing it but right into the opening is not on par with the other two heroic tier feats and should be a paragon power. These feats are probably somewhat better than a normal feat, to help with that I would make the PCs declare the feat before the...
