In the Spell Compendium, there are Greater Resistance (4th) and Superior Resistance (6th), which grant a +4 and +6 resistance bonus on saves for 24 hours. You can also make them permanent via the Permanency spell.

The tool is quite handy. I have two suggestions: 1) Allow the user to advance the creatures by hit dice. 2) Have an option for plain text output in the MM4 format.

The web enhancement for the Epic Level Handbook has some interesting poisons: Epic Insights - Book of Vile Darkness While the DCs are not too high, the poisons are intermixed with antimagic, so victims won't get most of their bonuses against them.

Of course, many people ignore that rule modification in Complete Psionic, since summons are not under the same restriction.

Just to be clear here, it states "If you move at least 20 feet away from where you were at the start of your turn [...]" NOT "If you move at least 20 feet." In other words, in the OP's example, the PC does not qualify for improved skirmish. They are not "20 feet from where they started."
