Wish via a Spell-like ability, any limit on XP spent?

So what if they just say I mean, that's a rather cheesy way to screw with a wish, because 'adding extra crap they don't actually want' could be done with anything. If they wish to be "more intelligent" you could grant it as more intelligent and COVERED WITH BEES. 'Grant' isn't very...

Do you give your players the exotic treasure or force them to make it?

...you mean, if they find that +3 Holy Flaming ordinary chain, and decide to put the spikes on by themself? ;)

    Monks, disarming and spring attack.

The D&D universe simply hates sorcerers, no two ways about it.

Wish via a Spell-like ability, any limit on XP spent?

And if it was intended to be limited to 'normal' magic items, that would be as simple as putting "non-epic" before the word 'magic.' Since an epic item is still a magic item, a strict reading of the rules means that you can create epic magic items with Wish. Combine that with the...

    Knocking out Spell Resistance.

Spell resistance is an extraordinary ability, so even wandering into an antimagic sphere wouldn't take it out (not that that would help you to cast spells on it, anyway). Anyway, as long as you have a cleric, you can get those two spells... Assay Resistance is probably best if you only have a...

    Knocking out Spell Resistance.

There are a couple spells that can handle it, notably Assay Resistance from Complete Arcane (which doesn't actually lower resistance, just gives you the caster a bonus to beat it) and Lower Spell Resistance from the Dragonomicon, which does, in fact, lower the spell resistance. Assay Resistance...

    Lame Prestige Classes

Or, if you do stop at the DMG, most assassins can be rogues, whose abilities are also rather well-suited to the task.

    Character Aging modifiers for children?

I don't know, a 25 year old who trips is falling a lot farther than a five year old would. And really, higher dex would suggest that they shouldn't fall in the first place. Not suffering much injury would imply higher con.

Spellthieves and the Ability to Cast Spells

Since PrC prereqs are only 'checked' once, that interpretation would allow you to qualify with Spellthief.

Can you target a magic missile at an object?

Since each missile can do a maximum of five damage, and since the lowest weapon hardness given is 5, it's unlikely that the magic missiles would end up doing much damage to...well, anything but the cigar. Though that also means that magic missile isn't going to be terribly effective against...

Can you target a magic missile at an object?

Though wisdom without intelligence doesn't make a great deal of sense, as far as what it actually means goes.

Magic items: Rods, staves, wands & scrolls...who can use?

Not exactly. If level is the only thing wrong, they can make a caster level check.

Epic Suggestions for a 35th level tank

Well, for 1, you could have Enlarge Person cast on you, followed by Permanency by a spellcaster with the feat Tenacious Magic - Permanency. Arguably, that would have to be the other way around, but whatever, it amounts to the same thing in the end.

Core (or nearly) way to See Invisible?

    Eh? If it's 12,000 for constant use, it should be 12000/(5/3) = (3 * 12000)/5 = 7,200 gp for the 3/day.

Core (or nearly) way to See Invisible?

It's 3.0, but there's the Blindfold of True Darkness from the Arms and Equipment guide. Takes up the eyes slot, and gives you blindsight in a 60' radius. Admittedly, you can't use your normal sight at all while wearing it, but if you know there's an invisible foe somewhere around...

    Wounding and Regeneration

Well, the con point damage would certainly stack, as otherwise it would be an utterly worthless enchantment, and damage essentially always stack. But wounding doesn't give you a damage over time effect...

Help with a 30th Level Monk

A Vow of Poverty character wouldn't accept the use of a magical tome, which becomes essentially worthless after its magic is utilized. He would donate the book to a worthy organization, who would sell it in order to help people.

    Druid build help

Nevertheless, something to keep in mind if you're making a character build. You'll probably be getting HP based on your wildshaped CON.

The rules seem to indicate fairly strongly that yes, you could.
