I think having DR 10/Magic and being typed as an Outsider + a Domain ability or Wings is fair at level 17. Frontloading it even more wouldn't be good with the Divine Feats in. I consider it still a good, strong class. If you can suggest something different, I would be willing to listen.

Looks like I didn't pick a very effective build :( so my caster level is 15 for Enchantments at level 20, I will also pick up both Spell Penetrations, which will make it a 19 at level 20 for charms. Any other ways to raise my caster level?

I'd like to hear more on this... My friend has a character with an Anti-Magic Gem and tends to abuse it a lot. He keeps it in like... a led box that doesn't let the field open and then takes it out to turn off all magic around him for 30 ft. I believe. Is this even possible?
