My only comment to add about psionics is that you need to decide how magic and psionics interact with one another. A lot of DMs like to use the variant that if you're using one to counter/detect the other it's at a -2. But if you do that you need to actually put psionic monsters in to help...

This seems like it could cause some interparty conflict in itself. Personally I've never used anything like this. One of my DMs though did use a brownie point system. Basically you got brownie points for doing cool stuff IC and OOC. DC

I concur. I work at an electronics retailer where we do credit in store. People come in all the time with bogus IDs and someone elses SSN to get credit. You should put a fraud alert on you and your wife's credit ASAP, and by ASAP I mean like.. stop reading and go do... now... GO! =) Also.. did...
