Is the only way to gain new Spells in Conan Adventures in an Age Undreamed Of to buy ranks in either Patron or in Barter Your Soul? How about Petty Enchantments, how do you gain more of those?

One last set of questions for now - 1) How do you gain more spells? Can you spend experience to buy them, or is it only from buying a Patron/Barter Your Soul talent? 2) How do you get more Petty Enchantments?

To be honest, it usually takes us 1 session to get from level 1 to 3. I know the rules say not to level up more than once a session, but, F those rules. I do what I want!
