Has it been done? Someone at ENWorld developed a 4e font, with all symbols. Great work. The adventure The Slaying Stone, which uses the new monster stat block, also uses an aura symbol, a new symbol never before seen. There may be others I haven't spotted.

You could do like this guys proposes, and add xbox-like achievements. Hombrewed DMG2 categories could go like this: Divine Boons, Legendary Boons, Grandmaster Training, Gaming Achievements

Pick either recharge or encounter. So what is doing the pushing? If it's psychological, I suggest adding the Fear keyword. If it's sound itself, then have it inflict thunder damage in addition to the pushing and add the Thunder keyword.

There's a monster (can't recall the name) in the 4e Monster Manual that has the ability to split itself into psychic "clones" that only inflict psychic damage, and all share a part of the HPs. This could be a very high level psionic power for a paragon path or epic destiny.
