The Blade, 2nd Edition Bard kit, updated, how would you do it?

The haunting melody feat in the ECS might be handy for a point of comparison for the offensive/defensive spins.

Heraldic device for order of knights

Farmers. A transportation device which causes extreme jetlag. How about the Order of the Eternal Sunrise? A heraldic device follows almost automatically.

    Avenging Paladin Weapon Selection

If the story reason is that you want to carry your ancestral weapon with you, you could do as Aragorn in The Lord of the Rings or Roy Greenhilt in OOTS - have it be broken! You're just using that maul until you get it reforged ...

    Grading Daily Powers

I think the idea with Blade Barrier is that you've got a place for PCs with forced movement powers to send the enemies. I haven't seen it in action, but I'd have thought it better than Flame Strike.

    One handed Reach Weapon?

Spinning sword, from Secrets of Sarlona

    Playing a bard

One more idea - a one level dip into swordsage might fit your character nicely. You could pick manoeuvres like baffling defence and mighty throw to match the clown style, and there's a feat in the ToB which adds +2 to illusion DCs when you're in a shadow hand stance.

Shadowrun 4e - Some quick questions

There are dedicated SR forums at forums.dumpshock.com which may be able to give you more responses than you'll get here.

    Ideas for a too-multiclassed character

I think you're right that it's too late to focus on Sorcerer area effect spells - character level -6 or -7 is not good, and the synergy with rogue or ranger leans towards touch attacks or buffs. If the Tome of Battle is available, shortswords + High Dex + Low Str makes Shadow Blade a must-have...

    Artificer's Bonus Feats

There's no wording under the Artificer's bonus feats excluding them from prerequisites (unlike the Ranger combat styles, say) so I believe they require the usual prerequisites.

House rules for a "ninja" game

The classes you've named don't all have the same power level, e.g. the gap between swordsage & soulknife is similar to that between cleric & monk, maybe worse. If someone actually picks a soulknife, they're either roleplayers of the 'true roleplaying is an anti-optimised character' school, or...

    35ft reach???

DMM's Divine Metamagic, essentially trading turn attempts and feats to get metamagic without changing the spell level. I'm not sure what DSP is.

Knight of the Sacred Seal (ToM) - Which Vestige to take

Paimon is the combat vestige of these two, Malphas is more about sneaking and spying. Your patron vestige is the one you must bind every day, so you probably want to take Paimon as your patron - you probably don't ever want to be without the dex bonus or the weapon finesse feat, but from the...

    Living Constructs & Daze

Daze Monster (Brd 2, Sor/Wiz 2) will work on warforged, and there must be a psionic power which does this also.

CR rating of Dread Wraith without Constitution Drain save

Are you sure it was an intentional change and not simply a mistake by the DM? Such things do happen.

    Why is it "Chain, spiked?"

Doesn't Oriental Adventures have some chain-based weapons? I know there was a chain in 2nd ed. which didn't have spikes(which was called simply 'Chain'), and I think I saw one in the 3rd ed book.

The impact of allowing a full attack and a move action?

There are a couple of ways of getting a full attack at the end of a charge - there's a barbarian variant (lion totem) in UA and there's some manoeuvre in the tome of battle which does the same thing I think. Alternately Sudden Leap (ToB, Tiger Claw 1) lets you move as far as your (standing) jump...

    Speed Feat

Speed of Thought gives you +10' speed so long as you're psionically focused & not in heavy armour. To be psionically focused you'll need to be an appropriate race or class or have the wild talent feat.

Use a feat to make a sword a flurry weapon?

Those feats to use a different weapon in flurries all have Weapon focus in that weapon as a prerequisite. If someone was willing to spend a total of 3 feats (Exotic weapon, Weapon focus, feat to use it as a special monk weapon) to flurry with a bastard sword I'd have no problem with that.

Dragon Encounter for low level pc's

There's always the solution in Tolkein's The Hobbit; see huge red dragon approaching, duck into secret passage. Dragon as plot device. If you want a fight, a wyvern might be doable. Just make sure that they have some way of dealing with the poison secondary save.
