This was an idea that I came up in a discussion about a +1 lawful, chotic, holy, evil sword. I suggested this as an alternative enchantment for characters of neutral attitude.

Unfortunately, that's 2E to 3E and an adventure in Dragon #100 is probably going to be 1E I would imagine.

Realistically it ISN'T that much. The moon and sun have a far greater effect on the earth than that. There might be a slight increase in vulcanism and earthquakes at worst. Probably nothing significant though.
