Usually I wouldn't have brought it up unless I thought it was relevant. I think it is a valid ruling which weakens (but not nerfs) Sunder. It seems that Malum's campaign is having issues with Sunder, and rather than constructing improbable situations and encounters to weaken the style, they can simply apply a ruling that is supported by the rules as written (and let's be honest, while the FAQ performs a useful service, it is hardly 100% reliable).Stalker0 said:That debate has been going on for a long time, no need to bring it up again![]()
Mind you, if I were Malum's DM and I changed the Sunder action mid-campaign (assuming that in Malum's campaign they play it as part of the Attack or Full Attack Action), I would certainly offer the opportunity to reselect key feats if the player chose to do so.
