The 'mutations/special abilities stuff' is basically a pick one kind of thing---u are not limited to the mutatition list u can pull an ability or feat from another source---i may say no, but it would have to be outrageous &/or stupid for me to do so

u will have 2 beasts (u can pick up more later on) heres some tentative creation guidelines:
Simple: Pick an 'existing' beast that meets the below guidelines & change its appearance.
Creature type: can be a animal, (intelligent) vermin, magical beast, or abberation
Hit Dice: 3d to start off with
No. attacks: 3
Damage: 1d6/1d6/1d8
Special abilities/qualities: Run them by me

Note: These beasts will gain exp. and 'grow' in capabilities
