Hi, our gaming group restarts a Planescape campaign that had stopped before the 3rd edition. My character was a True Neutral priest of Hades. I had made some spells and here i post the two most original in order to comment them.

Please tell what level would you put this spells?

Here is the spell:

Negative’s Plane Protection
Components: V,S,M
Casting Time: 1 round
Range: Caster
Area: 5m radius + 1m/level
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: No
Spell Resistance: Yes

Casting this spell the cleric steals positive energy from the surrounding creatures and transforms it in negative energy. The amount of positive energy stolen (hit points) is equal to the caster’s level. A 8th level cleric of Hades steals 8 hit points from every creature (including him) that stands in the area of effect. The transformation has the form of undead creature. These undead does not have any of their abilities, but they can be turned. Below is a list of the shape of the undead according to the level of the cleric. The number of these undead illusions is equal to the creatures in the area of effect, but not more than the level of the caster. So in an area that stand 10 creatures with a priest of Hades’ (at 8th level) casting this spell, 8 creatures will loose 8 hp each and there will be “summoned “8 undead illusions with the form of one undead (caster’s choice). To cast this spell the priest recites for one round and in the end he strikes his scythe to the ground. From the point stricken starts to erupt a pale white mist while the sounds of cracking stone starts to be heard by the creatures in the area. This mist derives from the creatures the energy and at the end of the next round the undead emerge from the ground (beside to each creature) and do the biding of the caster (they act always last on the round unless the cleric tells to refocus). The material component is soil from a grave that originates from the realm of Hades’ or any material from the negative plane. Here is a list of the “undead” that can be visualized according the level of the cleric.

Soul Armor
Components: V,S,M
Casting Time: Full round
Range: Caster
Target: One dead creature
Duration: 1 round/level, special
Saving Throw: No, special
Spell Resistance: Yes

By means of this spell, the caster steals the soul of a recently dead creature and uses it as a gift to Hades or as armor of soul energy. If wants to use it as a gift to Hades, he releases the soul after he casts the spell. If wants to use the soul as an armor he continues the recitation for one more round. After that an ethereal vision of the dead creature, engulfs the cleric and protects him from any damage. The soul protects him from damage for so many hit points as the dead creature had when he lived. So, if someone had 23 hit points when lived, he gives the cleric a protection from damage of 23 hit points. This means that when someone or something hits the cleric he doesn’t deals damage to the cleric but to the soul. This powerful spell doesn’t come without danger. Actually the cleric bounds the dead soul with his soul. So, every time the soul takes damage, there is a probability the priest to loose his soul. This probability is equal to the damage taken. So if he is dealt 14 points of damage, there is 14% to be in the grave position to loose his soul. If he looses the % check then the priest’s soul fights back. He rolls then saving throw vs. Will with DC: 10 + damage taken/2. If he wins the save then he keeps his soul but the dead man’s soul is released and the armor is dispelled. If he looses the save then the dead man soul devours the cleric’s soul. The cleric dies and only Hades himself can restore him. The materials components are a special crafted dagger (the item that cuts the soul) and a box of an acme 7cm (the container of the soul). To cast the spell the caster kneels before the head of the dead creature. The creature must have died in the previous round. After that, the caster severs the soul with dagger and puts it to the container. If he wants to give the soul as a gift, then at the end of that round the soul goes to the halls of Hades. This small ritual lasts for one round (no 5’ foot is allowed, and caster looses his dexterity modifier). If he wants to use the soul as an armor he continues the recitation for one more round (5’ foot is allowed and he retains the dexterity modifier). At the end of that second round a soul surrounds the caster and protects him from damage. The material components, the box and the dagger are worth 1000gp each and the materials that are made are really difficult to be found in most settings.
