The problem with the Tony/AIDS conceit is that it doesn't fit into a drama that takes place over 24 hours. Even if he does turn out to be infected, it would take years before he showed any symptoms, and years after that until he died. It's different from the Nuclear poisoning plot point from last season.

As for Sherry and the Big House -- She's also about due to get her just deserts, but how would they do it in such a way that it wouldn't ruin the reelection. No, I suspect that we'll have Sherry to kick around for at least another season.

Yeah, that will be one of the big plot points next season.
