I think it better for Mirage to start at max for an encounter. He doesn`t typically get hit alot from way at the back, but its nice to be able to burn hit points for extra damage.

That would be 2 healing surges for you, anyways, because with the +10 you are still about 10 below max, so I will use the power on Garrick then.

I've found a bunch recently too. Biggest one is the map galleries from WotC. Every map in almost every 4e product is online. But this is one that I love ~ Skeleton Key Games Dungeon Generator Randomly generated dungeons using Skeleton Key Games' amazing tiles.

Does it take my whole surprise round to open the door or can I do that as part of a wild charge?

It's a minor action to open the door which does spend the surprise round of the one who does it.

Mirage or Thanee could do it for you. Think of SWAT team, the guy who rams in the door isn't the one who goes in first.

Scratch that, let's assume that opening the door is a free action for the purpose of this surprise round. Same for Garrick's door. They are both unlocked and all you really have to do is push against them.

Or we just opened the doors simultaneously (crystal comms FTW!), and now the surprise round begins.
