D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Flurry of Blows and TWF...

I know in 3.0 you can't use Flurry and TWF together, but did they change that in 3.5? I thought I read somewhere that if a Monk was using a Monk weapon, and had TWF, he could get an extra attack from Flurry as well as an extra one from TWF...

My reading of the rules - nothing pervents using TWF and Flurry together
Sage response - you can not use TWF and Flurry together
Andy Collins response - you can not use TWF and Flurry together
Customer Service response - you can use TWF and Flurry together
