D&D 3E/3.5 3.5 Haste House Rules?

Wow, so do you guys stick with the haste working only on 1 person still? I've found the reduction in power but adding the multiple targets has worked out great! Especially for Slow, though perhaps too good there...

It works for me because they are all elements of "I'm hasted so you all seem to be moving in slow motion, making you easy to hit and dodge" and vice versa for slow.

I also prefer it this way because it is a better scaling with character level - my haste and slow are equally good or bad at all levels. The standard haste thought doubles the number of attacks of a 1st-5th level fighter but only adds +50% to his number of attacks at 6th-10th level and it gets proportionally less as he gets better. Contrariwise a slow spell on a 1st-5th fighter doesn't bother him too much because he still only gets 1 attack per round (and he just has to use 'partial charges' or some such to move and attack). The high level fighters or creatures with multiple attacks are completely hosed by a slow spell though - going from four or more attacks down to just 1... Unequal benefits and penalties.

No, I just halve it for simplicities sake (as the current slow spell does)
