For those interested:

This 3.5 compatible Midnight sheet is designed to have all of the character's important stats on two pages while a third page is used for spellcasters. It is in form fillable (self-calculating) PDF format so you can type directly onto it. Included are two files. One has a Midnight styled frame, the other doesn't for ink saving printing.
