You forgot that Shapechange now gives the caster the Su abilities of the form. You can now change into a dragon and breathe, then change into a Beholder and hit opponants with eye rays or Anti-Magic. [not a fan of this change]

You can only do that if you cast Shapechange twice. The spell only allows a single form in 3.5.

Ray of Enfeeblement doesn't grant a saving throw anymore.

Most conjuration spells now ignore SR. (acid splash, melf's acid arrow, grease, glitterdust, etc.)

Hmm; Extended Fire-Substituted Melf's acid arrow -- bane of ropers everywhere. :)

(Ropers, btw, now instantly regrow their strands (?!?), and are CR 12.)

Flame Arrow now simply gives the flaming property to projectiles (+1d6), so no unlimited fiery bolts anymore... :( but the duration is up to 10 min / lvl

Forcecage now requires the material component at the time of casting, not during preparation of the spell. So finally sorcerers can cast it, too :D
