D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Question about racial weapons

Dwarves, elves and gnomes get racial specific weapons which are normally Exotic WPs as Martial WPs. What about the others? I'm sure the half-orcs will still get orc weapons without a problem but what about halflings?

I imagine the halfling warsling can be houseruled in like elves and their free WPs as its just better crafted sling.

Out if interest: What weapons do the Elves get? AFAIK, they don't get any weapon familiarity (they keep their elven weapons - longbow, shortbow, both rapier and longsword - but I think a free exotic weapon for a warrior type is more useful than free martial weapons to non-warriors).

Orcs get the orc double axe, but Half-Orcs don't. The other races don't gain a bonus.

Personally, I'll grant every race a familiar weapon (humans can pick one).
