Overland Flight: S/W 5 -- Range:Personal -- 1 hour/level at 40/30 feet average manouverability


Evards Black tentacles: duration from 1 hour/lvl now down to 1 round/lvl

Much more important, Evard's Black Tentacles now grapple target in their reach immediately instead of after a round delay. That's good!

Hmm.

Has the Travel domain changed any? It certainly doesn't seem like fly is much use for travelling anymore...

Thanks for the previews! I have a somewhat general question: have buffing spells had their durations decreased across the board? For example, are the following spells still 1 hour/level?

-Mage Armor
-Magic Vestment
-Greater Magic Weapon
-Greater Magic Fang

And one other, quick question: does Quench still inflict damage on fire-based creatures without save or SR, and does the spell better define what constitutes a "fire-based creature"?

Righteous Might:

- Increase size category by one (double height, 8 times weight, other usual modifiers)
- +8 Str, +4 Con, +4 natural armor
- 9th lvl: gain DR 5/evil or 5/good
- 12th lvl: gain DR 10/evil or 10/good
- 15th lvl: gain DR 15/evil or 15/good

That's a huge increase in the power of the spell, Gilgeam would be proud.....

Yes the "ray" option is gone, however, they've integrated it into the "globe of cold" option, that has a damage cap of 15d6. The globe freezes water, or damages creatures it hits, or you can 'hold the charge' and wait 1 round/lvl before firing it...
