You keep believing that. This is only one video of several that I've seen. If a domestic cat will do that, I can certainly imagine feral cats doing worse.

That cat is clearly defending a "kitten"--the toddler.

Note how the attacks stop as soon as she was driven far enough away, then resume when she returns.
