3ed long adventures for low-mid level PCs

It is possible that I may be DMing again in a few weeks, after one year of being only a player. We will still use 3.0 for the moment, so I can freely use published adventures without converting them.

The party of PC will be made of 5 characters of level 3-4, and I am looking for a good long adventure to keep them busy for a long time. The best would be something with an interesting plot which would last months or years (of characters' time), but if that's not possible, I will be content enough that the story is exciting.

The only published long adventures I know are City of the Spider Queen, which is too difficult (IIRC something like level 10+), and Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil, which would have been my 1st choice but unfortunately the same group of player is currently playing a converted Temple of Elemental Evil, so I can't make them play the continuation now before the finish the other! :p

Does anybody know of 3ed adventure series? Like shorter adventures but concatenated? That would be even better to build a campaign on. We have already played Terror in Freeport, so perhaps it could be worth to continue with the same series... Does anybody know of other interesting series?

That wouldn't happen to be my conversion of ToEE would it? :D Anyway, have you checked out Monte Cook's The Banewarrens? I havent run it yet myself, but it's for 6th level characters and should bring them to 10th level. Not really low level but mid-level at least. I hear it's really good.

I would suggest anything from Fiery Dragon (Ne'Moren's Vault + Addendum (free) + Himrak War Party (free) is good from 1-3rd Level, or perhaps in conjunction with "Of Sound Mind", which you can run with or without psionics). Or Necromancer Games "Crucible of Freya" with its numerous web enhancements leading to "Tomb Of Abysthor" or the mini campaign "The Vault Of Larrin Kar"

It is just a home-made conversion done by our DM, unless he found it somewhere but I don't think so (he has the original ToEE and has played it as a player in AD&D). Did you publish your conversion on the web? It would be interesting to see, but I am also a player in the ToEE group so I'd better not read the story beforehand :p

edit: I am really woo, didn't even notice your signature
