It's a tough call. I have recently been considering not bumping Dex at all and not taking Arcane Reach at all.

I started looking at Arcane Reach and then at the spells it actually affects. There aren't all that many of them. Look to see if it will really give you that much benefit before sucking up all the Dex points.

Yes, but it is really cool. I'd rather have a really cool effect on a few powers than boring effects on a lot of powers.
