OOC: Yes, Thrommel needs to start over to dominate Nicole or someone else. There is some new information from the Keep of the Shadowfell adventure - dominate lasts one round, the dominated creature is dazed, and it can only use at-will powers against a target (Thrommel's choice).

Good Guys:

Round 97:

Nicole shifts to 65N55E and double attacks Kojack after two zaps.
Attack 1: 7+16+2-2, miss.
Attack 2: 19+16+2-2, hit. 9 damage.

General Slippery Pete appears at 55N65E (medium). The squares adjacent to him are difficult terrain, which I assume means no shifting into them (shifting away is OK). Pete burns his AP and makes two attacks on Kojack.
Attack 1: 16+23+2-2, hit. 18 damage plus 5 cold damage. Kojack is slowed.
Attack 2: 15+23+2-2+4 vs. slowed, hit. Min 20 damage plus 5 cold. Kojack is teleported out.

Oz the emerald orb wizard appears at 45N15E. He fires a shard storm, centered at 40N60E. The area between the vertices 30N50E and 55N75E is difficult terrain. Since Thrommel is in the area, he is attacked by the shards.
1+11 vs. Ref, miss. Thrommel still takes 12/2 = 6.
Oz takes his AP and fires sudden spikes at Thrommel, 7+13 vs. Ref, miss.

Lord Soth the death knight and new leader (medium), appears at 45n20e and attacks Oz with a High Guard attack, 13+20 vs. AC for 19 damage and Oz is at -5 attack for 1 round and Oz is marked. He then burns an AP and lays down the smack with some unholy flames centered on Nicole, 28 fire + 10 necrotic.

Nicole: 17+14 vs. Fort, hit
Pete: 6+14 vs. Fort, misses

Soth's ranged attack provokes an OA from Oz, but at -7 (left hand aura plus high guard, and don't forget the left hand aura at the beginning of Oz's turn).

Thrommel recharges ( :5: ) and regenerates up to full. He tries to dominate Stinky Pete, 8+13+2 vs. Will fails. He then hacks at him with his greatsword, Dirge, 16+17+2 misses. Uh oh, that AC's gonna be hard to hit.

Senshock fails to recharge ( :2: ). He looks scared, but charges to 55n70e anyway (staying just above the ground), 10+9+2 vs. Fort fails miserably.

PS. It doesn't look like Oz can get away, especially with Soth's rapid advance, so if he provokes, read here: basic attack = 8+20 vs. AC for 11 damage.

Round 98:

Nicole moves to 45N25E and double attacks Lord Soth.
Attack 1: 5+16+2-2, miss.
Attack 2: 9+16+2-2, miss.

Pete hacks Thrommel, 13+23, hit. Thrommel takes 18+5 cold and is slowed.
Oz yells "Incoming!", and Pete shifts to 60N65E.

Oz gets zapped and recharges ( :6: ). He tries an emerald burst, 18+11-7 vs. Ref, hit! Lord Soth takes 21 damage. Then he wants to leave, 18+7 vs. Will, does it! He moves to 80N5E, provoking an OA. Let's see, he gets hit for another 11 damage.

At the end of Oz's turn, the difficult terrain area explodes into shard bits and goes away. Thrommel takes 9 damage.

OOC: That brings up another question, isn't everything an attack roll? So, the Cha vs. Will should get -7? I would like to think not, but I'm curious about this one.

Lord Soth recharges High Guard attack but not unholy flames ( :5: ). He attacks Nicole with a High Guard attack, 9+20 vs. AC-2 for 20 damage and Nicole is at -5 attack for 1 round and she is marked. He then provokes an OA as he burns another AP to charge to 75n10e and attack Oz, 16+20+1 vs. AC for 14! Just enough to get the strangely annoying emerald orb wizard unconscious. ;)

Thrommel fails to recharge ( :2: ) and regenerates. "Get on the other side of him, Senshock."

Senshock fails to recharge ( :1: ). He flies around to 65n65e (staying just above the ground, does not provoke due to cover), and attacks Pete, 15+9 vs. Fort fails miserably.

Thrommel moves closer, taking all of his move action to get to 55n65e. He looks longingly at Pete's living humanoid neck and tries to take a bite, crit! Holy smokes, that'll change things a little. 20+13+2 vs. Fort, deals 26 damage and Pete is enervated (save ends). Thrommel gains 25 hp, I assume thp? Thrommel then will use an AP to make a basic attack, 14+17+2 is not a bad roll but not good enough.

Thrommel grabs a Snickers bar while Senshock starts shaking in his vaporous boots.

Scotty the balhannoth appears at 55N70E (large). He attacks both Thrommel and Senshock with a tentacle flurry.
Thrommel: 11+19+2 for CA, hit. 16+12 sneak attack damage (21 real damage). Thrommel is pushed to 40N80E.
Senshock: 7+19, hit. 15/2 = 7 damage. He is pulled to 55N65E.

Lord Soth recharges everything ( :6: ). He runs to 85n45e and lobs an unholy hand-grenade at Pete, "Sorry, Senshock." It deals a massive 27 fire + 10 necrotic.

Pete: 18+14 vs. Fort, misses by one
Nicole: 9+14 vs. Fort, hits
Scotty: 13+14 vs. Fort, hits
Senshock: 13+14 vs. Fort, hits, drops unconscious?

Senshock fails to recharge ( :3: ). He aether blasts Nicole, 16 (previous roll)+9 vs. Fort, 11 necrotic and Nicole is dazed one round.

Thrommel fails to recharge ( :3: ) and regenerates. He moves to 50n80e and attacjs Scotty with his greatsword, 15+17 hits for 13 damage. Scotty is now bloodied and Thrommel smells it!

Scotty tries a Warp Attack on Thrommel and fails (19? Why is a high number bad?).

Senshock's 25 vs. Fort barely misses Scotty.

Round 100:

Duane Johnson the magma brute appears at 80N50E (large). He swipes at Lord Soth, 11+17-2+2, miss. He uses his AP to try again, 1+17-2+2, miss.

Pete shifts to 55N60E and pounds Senshock, 17+23+2, hit. Max 19+5 cold / 2 = 12 damage and Senshock is slowed.

Oz does not recharge ( :2: ). He stays steady (14).

Scotty recharges everything ( :5: ). He takes a tentacle flurry on both Senshock and Thrommel.
SenshocK: 16+19+2, hit. 16+4 sneak attack / 2 = 10 damage. Senshock is pushed to 65N55E.
Thrommel: 2+19, miss.
Scotty teleports to 70N45E.

Lord Soth fails to recharge unholy flames ( :2: ). He shifts to 90n50e and uses a High Guard attack on Duane, 8+20 for 27 damage plus Duane is -5 to Attack for 1 round. Duane is marked.

Senshock recharges ( :6: ). He flies away from Scotty, heading up. I don't know the rules on this and have been winging flying rules till now (get it? winging?), so does he provoke if all he does is move? Can he run even while slowed? Is there a penalty for flying upwards, or not if he has "Hv" next to it? If he provokes no matter what and he can run, he flies up to 60n45e15z and lobs down a spectral dissipation. If he can't run, he'll double move up to 60n45e15z. The dissipation will target all three good guys, 19 necrotic plus -2 defenses:

Duane: 2+8 vs. Will, fails
Scotty: 3+8 vs. Will, fails
Pete: 15+8 vs. Will, fails

Thrommel recharges ( :6: ) and regenerates. He first tries to dominate Pete as a minor action, 16+13 vs. Will, just makes it! Pete is dazed 1 round (save -2 ends); this could be it for the general! He moves to 80n60e, skirting the edge of the coldness laid down by Pete and attacks Duane, 2+17 misses!
