He is a human male, who married into an eladrin family. He adopted their culture, even changing his last name to something more fey. He converted to worshipping Corellon, and began performing bounty hunting missions for the church. He's attempted everything he can possibly try in order to assimilate to eladrin culture.

what's the rule for starting gold for 11th level PCs? Or items, specifically. There's two items I'd like that are both about lvl 13 if they're +3; but that means level (what) 8th?

So, we have a Controller/Leader, and a Defender? I am unfamiliar with the Swordmage class, so I've no idea if my assessment is actually accurate.

The rule from the DMG is at 11th level you get one 12th lvl or lower item, one 11th lvl or lower item, one 10th lvl or lower item, 5000gp and mundane equipment for free.

Thing is, the items I'd like are higher level that just one up, one on, one down.

Heh! I think we all would like higher level items. ;)

I'm not sure if I'm the most epic DM out there, but heading up a paragon tier adventure (along with the other one I am currently DM'ing) does sound like fun.

If there is still a slot open, I'd be up for visualizing another world. The one caveat for me is I probably won't be able to fully open up with time until the end of November. If that is ok, I can start working on preliminaries and getting characters together etc. You all are welcome to check out my DM'ing capabilities in my signature and confirm/deny me whenever you'd like.

Obviously, if someone wants to jump in and start DMing tomorrow, I'd be ok with that and drop my name out of the hat.
