4E Necromancer!

All I know is if it makes me feel excited for a setting the way Relics & Rituals made me excited for the Scarred Lands then I'm in.

While this isn't the kind of product that interests me, kudos for Necromancer for the attempt. Now, get me my Tome of Horrors 4E....

Per the new GSL, how much leeway does Necromancer have with a Tome of Horrors? In other words, if they wanted to, can they add in Frequency, Ecology, or recap attacks powers in the monster summary section? Or must they adhere strictly to the current design layout of the MM as dictated by WotC?

I ask because the old Monsternomicon by Privateer Press deviated a lot from the way the MM looked, and it was flat out awesome. Change is good. If we want a carbon copy of the MM we can pick up anything from WotC.
