What do we know in character about the scenario before going in?

The following was information available to the characters:
Plant monsters have attacked and destroyed villages in the area. The PCs, acting as local lords, wandering do gooders, mercenaries, or whatever you want, journey into the heart of the swamp to confront the force behind the attacks.

A dragon is known the inhabit the area. There have been unnatural storms over the swamp in recent days.

So you can expect to face the rear guard of the plant army, and then the boss or bosses.
 

Turns out I had picked my prepared spells, they were just tucked away kind of unobtrusively:

Utility: Sudden Storm, Shield, Dispel Magic, Blur

Okay. My search was by no means exhaustive.

Let me know if there are any questions or problems.

I've assigned Narbel, Reed, ???, and Torment to positions, based on the formation the rest of you picked out. These characters will get a free Shift 2 at the beginning of their turns, but they can't leave the red box or move into the space where another character started.

I've also picked out counters for people. Hopefully, I was able to get race and gender correct. :) If you don't like what I picked out, then post your more appropriate picture so I can tokenize it.

Players who beat initiative 26 should post an action as well, since they'll be going before the stupid monsters.

Battle briars have an Aura 2 that makes the affected squares difficult terrain. Please take that into account for your movement - I'll be drawing the auras in tommorrow.

Okay, finished the mechanical part of the character, need to add write-ups of Channel Divinity and Divine Challenge, plus some RP stuff and then it's done.

The only issue I saw is that you don't have the required 15 Dex for Shield Specialization. Replacing it with Plate Specialization costs you a point of Reflex (bringing you down to 23).
