if not I should still get 2 squares from my double move.
hmm then I need to roll an end of turn save.

The FAQ on the wizards site says you can.

Slow-> reduction of base movement.
Run -> extra movement unconnected to base movement.

B/c the slime map was wrong (see new map in IC thread) Lukalos doesn't have to spend his action point to move. With arcane reach he can still (barely) squeeze a thunderwave on all three Aslimes.

So Redclaw can either bank his point or take another standard.
I think I'm up to date and Belkar and the delaying pc (gerold right?) can go now.

IIRC, Jack just went and unslowed Gerold, right before Lukalos Thunderblasted.
