I am interested in knowing the actual racial traits of the half-elf. I'm convinced the one in KotS is in error or something.

Mearls stated in the KotS thread that something was indeed cut and to just add an at-will from another class as an encounter power until they get the web enhancement up on DDI.

We need someone to go who has a pornographic memory.

Heh heh. For my mind only.

Seriously though, I actually have a pretty good photographic memory and I'm about an hour from Mt. Prospect, but there are two problems with me not being able to take advantage of that. The first being that I have game that night and I'd have to cancel that. The second being that I just recently have been to an optometrist and found out that I need glasses. I haven't gotten my glasses yet, and most likely won't get them by tomorrow, so remembering what I saw with double vision doesn't help very much. Unfortunately I have to read any text for it to stay in the mental image otherwise it's just background blurs. I barely could read your post in the first place :(

But if I do get my glasses by tomorrow, maybe I'll ask my gaming group if they want to take a field trip to Mt. Prospect, and I'll make sure I remember what I'm seeing.

I'm a good customer with a long-standing relationship with my distributor. When I was told he had received preview copies, I just asked. We did the same 5 years ago when the 3.5 books were about to be released. He checked with WotC, it was ok as long as the books did not leave his sight and no pics.

Man, I'm jealous :)

OK, I tried, but I can't get over the thread title. It sounds like an announcement of a 'viewing' at a funeral. But if thats the case, shouldn't it be the body of the 3.5 PH?

Dictaphone while you are reading aloud (people around you will appreciate that) or find a savant to speed read all 3 and afterwards ask him stuff.

I have an image of Sam Elliot reading them like a book on tape.

Sam Elliot reading the DMG to me seems awesome.

I'm a nerd.

Actually get me a time machine, because I want Sydney Miller to read the DMG to me!

Not sure if anything has been mentioned about this yet but are there rules for intelligent magic items, like there were in previous editions?

If so, I would be most interested in those, thanks.
