[4E] power card display canceled?

Okay; so i'm probably like the only person on the internets who actually pre ordered the power card display, which contained one deck of power cards for each class in the phbI.

Did wotc cancel it?

Are we [regular consumers] not supposed to be able to buy all eight packs at once for 34% off?

Is there anyone from wotc who can shed light on this?
