I'm curious if there is one out there?
Is it possible to hot-wire such a tome using the OGL?
How feasible would it be to incorporate all the crunch from the DDI to make a "rules cyclopedia" style retro-clone of 4e? Seems like you could just refluff all the names, but still use the numbers?
I hate to see 4e disappear. But I don't want to buy a million books either if the DDI stops supporting it. It would be cool to have the Character Builder stuff all consolidated in an open-content book, but that might be nigh impossible.
