I lol'd at the name, and his tagline! Cute.

Anyway, the only thing that I'm not sure about is his 'Focus Fury' ability - do you really mean that he gets +1 per square of area reduction? And by this do you mean that he can selectively not attack individual squares?

Because if that's the case, then he will simply never miss. Either way.

Going from Blast 5 down to 4, on Disaster Blast for example, decreases the area by 9 squares, for a +9 to hit (total of +21). It's even worse if he can selectively target squares, catching, typically 3 targets in a blast 5, only targeting the squares with targets would give him a +22 (+34 total).

If you mean it like going from Blast 5 to Blast 4 gives him a +1, then I would actually suggest a bigger plus - more like +2 per reduction. If this is the case, you might also want to make his Conjure Apocalypse larger as well to give him more options.

Thanks for your feedback. As noted, the reduction is in radius. The radius reduction is actually to scale- he starts with attack rolls one worse off the conroller standard, but very large blasts and bursts. He can zoom in to 3 by 3 for a standard attack, or hit one square only for a +1 bonus and no need to recharge the power. Considering his high damage, rapid recharge rate, and versatility, I think this is a good balance of options.
