It'll be RIFTSized if the following happens:
There is such a total disparity of power between classes that it makes me cry. See the following example-
Player 1-I'm a Rogue Scholar! I have a laser pistol and a suit of Megadamage armor! I can read! I like to teach others to read!
Player 2-Hey! I'm a Glitterboy. I have a walking tank that can level entire buildings in a shot. I don't care if I can read.
Don't forget Player 3, the Vagabond, who walks around in a flimsy suit of armor, carries around a toothbrush, a bar of soap, a plastic bag, and several pieces of candy, who can't even read.

Geeze, had he rolled a seven on his 3d6 roll instead of a six that Druid would've been reduced to ash. Naturally, as soon as the Druid's turn came around, he got out of the Glitter Boy's line of fire as quickly as possible (All the while staying out of sight of the enemy, who could've vaped him with a 1d6 MD laser pistol).
