5E24 Product Identity

My question was literally

Is there an up-to-date list of what's considered WotC product identity in 5E24

which seemed to me like more of a "TTRPG forum question" than a "lawyer question."

I haven't supported my family for five years writing unauthorized D&D books without knowing whom to ask for legal advice.

What I took the answer to be buried in the back and forth is 5e24 doesn't have a concept of "product identity" due to stuff being published CC.

Did your lawyer's ask for the product identity list after you had provided them with the current CC BY license for 5e24? That seems strange.
