6 Eagle Down (Judge : Garyh)

Ts'iri smiles evilly at the guard next to her as she closes her eyes for a moment. Shiny ice starts covering her body and the temperature drops noticeably. "I hope your happy with hitting me. I wouldn't want you to die without accomplishing anything."

[sblock=7 Rabbit]Guessing you meant to crawl all the way to K10, otherwise you couldn't have cursed the Zombie (who had been pushed by Kama'Zer right before your move).
[/sblock]

The last remaining guard dies in agony, both from the burning and the freezing provoked by competing spells that, unluckily for him, do not negate each other.

Tsi'ri and 7 Rabbit have both evoked ancient powers from very different source but with similar result; the room grows cold and the undead monsters are starting to falter, particularly the gravehound stuck between both warlock.

Instinctively, the hound next to both warlock slinks away and naturally finds a new prey; Mri'Thas. Soon the wizard is on his back, fighting off the beast from closing its jaws around his throat. The beast hounding Soldier is just as successful and the stalwart fighter again falls to the ground.

The zombies are far more clumsier. Even on his back, 7 Rabbit easily rolls away and Tsi'ri handily parries her attacker. The new zombie from the basement circle towards Soldier and position itself in a flanking position.

Damien is unhappy and urges his zombie to do better, pointing out flaws in the warlock's defense, but the cadaver is a poor student and reapeat its mistakes.

A last zombie, prodded by an angry looking wizardress come out from the basement. By the sound of it, there is, at last, no more reinforcement joining the fight beside these two.

[sblock=OOC]I am pretty sure the snapshot option of VB would have kept changing in real time with every modification I made on the mat, so I saved it and uploaded it. This will remain stable when I update the map.

OOC: Mal, Kama'zer should be in J10 on the map as per her last turn. She shifted into the spot the zombie had occupied after pushing it back.

Kama'zer shifts to put herself between 7 Rabbit and the gravehound while ordering Soldier to step between the creatures to flank the hound with her on its other side. Swinging her scimitar at the hound, the Githyanki woman focuses too intently on her target thus missing totally the wooden support beam between herself and the creature. She notices it intently after her sword cleaves halfway through the beam, stopping her attack cold. "By the Lich Queen's black bones!" Kama'zer curses to herself as she wrenches her blade free.

[sblock=OOC]Sorry, didn't see that Phoenix shifted Soldier until after I had posted, can I switch target of Soldier's attack to the gravehound as Soldier can't reach that Zombie now?[/sblock]

[sblock=OOCtoPhoenix8008]if would been much cooler if you had attacked the zombie first and then shifted the dynamic duo to flank the gravehound and not to mention Kama'zer would have hit the zombie with her attack :)[/sblock]

[sblock=OOCtoOzy]Still wouldn't have hit the zombie because with that attack it specifies that the ally shifting happens before the attack, so I wouldn't have had flanking and would only have hit AC10. I figured the gravehound was the more serious threat and hoped that with a hit from me and a hit from you we could bring it down. In fact, looking at our damage rolls, we would have killed it if I could have rolled a 4 or higher. Whats done is done though. Can't expect to hit every time.[/sblock]
[sblock=OOC: Thunderwave tactics]Actually, if the gravehound can be pushed to L9, it would get damaged by being adjacent to BOTH warlocks. Talk about a double team![/sblock]
